Encapsulation Cleaning (Low-Moisture Cleaning)
Encapsulation is a low-moisture cleaning method designed for commercial carpet cleaning with minimal downtime. A specialized solution is worked into the carpet fibers, where it surrounds and encapsulates soil before drying into crystals that are removed through routine vacuuming. Its fast drying time makes it well suited for offices, high-traffic areas, and facilities where minimizing disruption is important.
Extraction (Deep Cleaning)
Extraction cleaning uses water to flush and recover embedded soil, oils, and other contaminants from commercial carpet. It is well suited for heavily soiled areas and periodic deep cleaning when carpet requires more than routine low-moisture cleaning.
Combination Cleaning (Encapsulation + Extraction)
Combination Cleaning combines low-moisture cleaning with deep extraction for a more intensive cleaning process. The carpet is treated and mechanically worked to loosen soil before being thoroughly extracted. This approach is well suited for high-traffic or heavily soiled commercial carpet that requires more than a single cleaning method.
Commercial Carpet Cleaning Maintenance Program
For businesses seeking predictable, year-round carpet cleaning, ProCare offers a structured maintenance program built around the needs of your facility. Scheduled low-moisture cleaning helps keep carpets looking their best throughout the year, while periodic extraction cleaning is incorporated based on traffic, soil conditions, and carpet appearance.
Maintenance programs are available with either a 6-month or 12-month service agreement. Service frequency is determined based on facility traffic, carpet condition, and cleaning requirements. Monthly or every-other-month service may be recommended following an evaluation of your facility. You are billed after each completed cleaning — there is no requirement to prepay for the full agreement.
Encapsulation cleaning is performed at each scheduled visit. At least one combination cleaning is performed during each agreement, with additional combination cleaning recommended when conditions warrant.
